I want to thank you for your youtube video on track lighting. Your suggestion to play with the angle of the contacts solved a problem I had been wrestling with. As background I am a 72 yr old CPA who has wired several houses and feel competent on most basic wiring issues. I was replacing a track that had burned out and could not get power to the unit nor the fixtures to light up. And while I have installed track lighting several times in the last 40 yrs I had never experienced this problem and was about to take the unit back to Lowes. Let me know if you ship into Canada and I will look at buying from you. Again much thanks you saved the day!

On Friday 7/28/17 I received my order from you, and part of the order was wrong (wrong bulbs for track heads) spoke with your customer service rep. He said he would the correct bulbs sent out. I received the correct bulbs today Monday 7/31/17. I have to say that was the fastest correction to a problem that I have ever experienced from a supplier or a company. I will definitely order material again from your company Well Done!
