I have a tiella flexible track system, with hanging pendants.
The Halogen transformer went bad,
The main canopy has a ceiling plate that has a post.
I cut out the center post, filed down any sharp edges, drilled some holes to accommodate the new LED transformer's 'wings'.
I was careful to orient the new transformer in a way so that the existing ground wire, and the ceiling mounting plate screw locations were not obscured.
I'm a slow worker, it took about 2 hour start to finish.. new transformer, new LED bulbs..
Later that week, to finish it off, I went to the local HD and got a dimmer switch
works nicely, I'm very happy with the final result.
One thing I did not do was to write on the new transformer the installation date, so that if I ever open that canopy again, I would have a flash back to Sept 2021 (Posted on 9/14/2021) - Size matters Review by LAM

This driver is larger than the transformer it replaces. This driver is intended to replace a transformer to allow the substitution of LED lights for Halogen lights. While the product works as intended, this driver is about 1/2 inch thicker than the transformer it is replacing. This thickness prevented me from being able to use the center pole (too short) to secure the driver to the junction box. I was left with only the screws attaching the fixture cover to the junction box to hold the driver in place. Otherwise, the product works as intended. (Posted on 1/12/2021)Price Quality Value
